FAQs

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will begin shipping within 1 - 5 business days of your order, and may take up to 2 - 4 weeks to reach your doorstep. Some orders under supplier's shipping arrangement may take up to 40 - 60 days to arrive.

2. What's your return policy?

We will accept return or refund within 7 days after the product is received under the following conditions: 
  1. You received the wrong product.
  2. The product you received is defective.
  3. The product didn't arrive after the promised time.

If these conditions are not met, the return or refund may not be issued.
Please note, the shipment cost will be jointly assumed by both sides. However, if a product is defective or is the incorrect product, we will bear all the shipment cost.

In order for a return or refund to succeed, please send us an email. Please tell us what went wrong, with picture(s) of the product (unless the product never arrived). We will start the return or refund process for you after having received your email. Without the email, your request will not begin.

3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for the product. Otherwise, the delivered package must to be returned and extra shipment cost may be applied.

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

 If there is any issue with your order, defective or incorrect product, please notify us by email with proof of pictures to process a refund for you.

5. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.
